Prior to the Summer/Fall 2006 registration period, English majors should login to Student Central to retrieve their PIN and registration information.

All advising regarding requirements for your degree (both major requirements and non-major requirements) is handled solely through Academic Advising in Steele Building. If you have a question regarding a perspective requirement, the number of hours you need to graduate, which courses you still need to complete your major/double major/minor, etc., you will need to set up an appointment to see an appropriate advisor in the Advising Program in the College of Arts & Sciences & the General College.

The English department does provide assistance to students regarding course offerings in upcoming semesters. Before registering you can now talk over potential course choices with Professor Daniel Anderson (Director of Undergraduate Studies) and Jason Clemmons (Program Assistant) during two walk-in sessions.

Students are encouraged (but not required) to have an advising worksheet completed before attending. Blank worksheets are available here for students to print out and complete.

Important reminder: As of Fall 2006, course numbers are changing. You can see a list of the new course numbers here.
